High-quality octagonal tapered steel poles and masts
For production of the two halves of our octagonal steel poles and masts, we use high-strength sheet steel from leading, top-quality producers.
We produce single-piece poles up to a length 15 meters. The two shell halves are welded together with advanced submerged-arc systems and with automatic sigma machines. The interior and exterior of the poles and platforms are submitted to a hot-dip galvanizing process in accordance with DIN 50976. Our duplex procedure (i.e., hot-dip galvanizing with painting) guarantees great corrosion resistance.
X-ray, ultrasound, and surface-crack inspections ensure top material quality and maximize the life of our poles and masts.
