Top-quality conical steel poles and masts
Round, conical, stepped poles and masts are produced at our factory in Dinkelsbuehl, Germany, where one of the largest steel presses in Europe is used. This makes it possible to produce over 170,000 poles and masts per year. For more details, see the following Flash presentation: Production of conical steel poles. |

Finishing & quality control

Galvanized poles, masts, and accessory components are transported from the galvanizing plants in Germany to the main Europoles production plant. During unloading, the poles and masts are checked for the correct quantities and for external damage. Afterwards, the zinc layer is measured for thickness (as per DIN EN ISO 1461), and the poles are straightened (according to DIN EN 40/2). The surfaces are then inspected for zinc-plating faults, soiling, scoring, and other marks. Burring is then removed from the access doors, the cable entry holes, and the edges of other openings. |
