Barrier poles from Europoles consist of fibreglass-reinforced plastic, and are used at railway level crossings, and at other security facilities, as complete, half, and pedestrian-path barriers. If required by our customers, we can apply highly reflective signal film that focuses incident light and reflects it without glare. Owing to the long life cycles of the materials used, these barrier poles require no care or maintenance.

Properties of Europoles fibreglass-reinforced plastic barrier poles:

• Completely smooth and homogeneous surfaces
• A layer of weatherproof polyester-fleece/fine-resin on the exterior, 0.5 mm thick
• Material that is resistant to corrosion from chemicals present in the air, as well as to aggressive gases and liquids
• Material that is difficult to ignite as per DIN 75200
• Great mechanical and dynamic strength
• Special characteristics of vibration damping
